Madison Sumpter – Founder

Madison Sumpter is a high school honors student, trained life coach, and the visionary Founder of Elevate Culture Collective. With a deep passion for serving middle and high school students in underserved communities, she has dedicated her volunteer efforts to advocacy, peer mentoring, tutoring, and public speaking.

In 2024, Madison joined the Board of Purposeful Steps as the Youth Advocate Associate, where she played a key role in donor cultivation and event organization, supporting the academic and personal growth of students in Baltimore City, MD. Through this experience, she was mentored by the organization's Founder, gaining valuable insight in business management and nonprofit organization. in September 2024, Madison launched the pilot program for Elevate Culture Collective within Purposeful Steps.

In January 2025, Madison officially launched Elevate Culture Collective, a program committed to bridging the academic gap by providing students with essential mentoring and resources. Under her leadership, the initiative has grown to include 22 volunteers and a network of dedicated donors, all working together to empower students and elevate their potential.
